I like making spontaneous, little, vlogs. Here’s one about me cooking veal for the first time along with a solid recipe for delicious sweet potato fries.
Here’s the recipe I found on Pinterest and how I make them, just eyeballing the amounts now:
- 2 Sweet potatoes (skinned/diced)
- Brussel sprouts (cut in half)
- Avocado Oil
- Sea Salt
- (sometimes) a bit of Paprika
- Red Wine Vinegar + thyme to garnish afterward
Preheat oven to 425˚F for 50min (or till potatoes crisp up) adding Brussel Sprouts half way through.
